La Casetta is composed of 13 two-bedroom apartments, one of which is accessible to disabled people.
The apartments have private bathroom with shower, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with oven, stove gas valves, large fridge with freezer, equipment and crockery, and some have a washing machine.

All apartments have outdoor areas equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers.
Some have independent porch.
